You Did it AGAIN. WOW....I thought i was gaga for the cake pops but those colored truffles are insane. I just love your ingenuity and your ability to make it doable for the home chef. One needs some decent kexperience to make them looks as great as yours but you make easy enough for anyone to try and one can only learn through TRYING. I also appreciate that you understand and share the chemistry. I have actually seen 2 KZbinrs use liquid food coloring in chocolate and then tell their views it didn't work so try gel. They didn't bother going back and reshooting the video they just used the seized mess of chocolate and gave bad advice.

For the chocolate balls I used brownie mix. Made a small tray of brownie mix then put into a thermomix and rolled them into a ball. (Be careful with over mixing or under mixing as it will effect the structure of the ball. Mexican brownie was even better on my second attempt.

If you need an easier way to hold the cake pops while the chocolate sets, I recommend grabbing the end with a clothes pin or chip clip, then resting the clip on the rim of a tall glass, so the cake pop is inside the glass but held in place
