Thank you for all your knowledge. Really. It is not the first time your advice helps. In this case I am facing a problem. The file named recovery is empty, no content, no bitlocker recovery key. The initial message provides me a hint saying it'a about a school account. I had no such account, but maybe the previous owner did. What can be done? Thank you if you can help.

@@HowToFixTech Thank you for your response, I tried , but the system show when I restart “Press Y to reset PSP NVRAM and fTPM NVRAM. if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled systen. if you have Bitlocker or without a recovery key encryption-enabled systen, the systen will not boot Press N to keep previous fTPH record and continue systen boot,(reinitialized), TPM WILL NOT be enabled with new CPU unless fTPM you could swap back to the old CPU to recover is reset TPM related keys and data “ Press N , I can access to my desktop without recovery key. Could you please help me with my problem ? Thank you ❤️
