Hi! Initial thoughts are good, but I'm interested in seeing how this thing holds up over time. How about you? Are you an AFF? (Air Fryer Fan?) Thanks for being here!

I bought a 7 quart air fryer from Costco about 2 1/2 years ago. It's still going strong and I use it almost every day. I love mine!

I also just got my first air fryer (toaster oven style). My first meal was a big batch of chicken thighs ... holy **** they were juicy & delicious. Looking forward to more videos.

My parents bought me one that looks like a toaster oven so it has both trays and a rotating drum you can use in it. I was kinda skeptical but I will never make french fries or chicken wings in the oven again! I will be trying the tofu one of these weekends!

Love the tip for keeping high protein grab-able snacks for a teenage boy on hand! Still doing this for my 18 y.o.! Your guy is lucky to have you.

I like to make bone in, skin on chicken thighs in the air fryer. You can get the skin really crispy and the meat is super tender and juicy. Breaded okra is good too. breaded clam strips too ^~^

Hi Paula, I watch the burrito part and you say that you cook them for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. Is that time in the microwave for all of them or just one? Maria 🇬🇧 I forgot to thank you for your great video. Your honest valuations are always appreciated. And, Have a good Year 🇬🇧 Maria

In part 2, how about some veggie roast combos like maybe potato, carrot, squash?

HOW ARE THERE SO MANY AMAZING IDEAS IN ONE VIDEO 😅?! That tofu concept just seems brilliant! Also, the tip about giving your breakfast burritos a little schmear of cream cheese? Never would have thought of that!

Thank you! Glad you found it informative :)

Have done Tofu in the Air fryer and it was great - make a bunch and have them on hand as an easy protein to toss into anything :)

Some favs: for a quick snack use an extreme wellness tortilla (only 4 carbs )spread some vegan nutella or chcolate almond butter on it lay a banana on it and roll like a burrito and air fry till golden brown. Also good with nutella and raspberries. I dont eat meat at all but my husband makes his buffalo chicken, steaks, salmon all in the air fryer. It is used in our house every day. From toast in the morning to dinner at night , it gets used A LOT.

Im making bacon in my Airfyer right now, to top some lentil soup haha, good timing for this video, off to watch while it cooks :)

Ohh yum. Nothing like some bacon to grease up a pot of lentil soup!

We transport our limited, precious potable water, so I hard boil eggs! 250° 13 minutes in my air fryer. Ice bath. Half the water 💧. I get pretty consistent results.

I'm still a hold-out, but you've peaked my interest. The thing is, I really enjoy cooking so I don't tend to look for things to speed things up. I did like how juicy the chicken looked though and love that it reduces the use of energy, but I'm still on the fence. How is the clean-up?
@HowToMakeDinner2 күн бұрын
Clean up is ok so far! The whole drawer is dishwasher safe but I’ve been hand washing it. My main concern is that it feels kinda like a toy, and I worry about how well it’ll hold up over time… but we’ll see. I just don’t like owning things that are going to end up in the landfill in a few short years.

I also do not wash often nor wash it in dishwasher (I don’t have one). To cut down on messy tray, I use a lot my silicone basket as well as my perforated parchment paper which is cut down to size of my Cosori Airfryer (my airfryer is n two parts, the machines basket and in there sits the cooking basket). I find the paper very good for roasting meat and vegetables as well as grilling my halloumi and doing my toasties as well. But you must never preheat your air fryer with the paper parchment in as it will catch fire. I found out the hard way. I never leave the paper in as my husband will burn the house down before he realises we are on fire, he has no sense of smell at all. But by using the baking parchment and my silicone basket I cut down a lot on washing. Nowadays I tend to use my main oven for cakes, the rest of the time I use my AirFryer which I bought 3 years ago and save so much of energy. I hope that this long Comment is of interest 😂 🇬🇧Maria
