Sushi is more and more popular in the world. Being a n experienced sushi chef. I take three important things like food presentation, smells and tastes. Sauce plating tricks for food plating is kind of simple and easy. For me I just want make little decorations for food. I don’t like so complicated plating. Sauce plating is extra points for food. I have some decorations as the video showing. Welcome to give some advice.
