One of the Biggest reasons I fell in love with Sushi was not only the Taste but the Artistic part of it. I started eating sushi in the Early early 90's. I seen some of Chef Adams photo's on IG and was like wow i would love to hang this photo on my wall. That's how good he is at what he does.

He definitely does not have Hiro-class skills by any stretch of the imagination. And l cringed once when l thought his finger was in danger. But he's an artist, not a professional chef. What he does obviously gets the job done.

Chef you are awesome. I’m new to following you. However I watched a lot of your videos. I want to say thank you, for sharing your knowledge with all of us. I recently made sushi for myself the other night. I tried to follow your instructions the best I could. The sushi came out pretty awesome I must say. I don’t eat much in the way of sushi rolls. I don’t really like seaweed or seaweed wrap. I know they have a nice paper and such. And I’m going to do king crab sushi rolls that’s what I use. Thank you again

Good news about Jesus Christ! When you first come to him, He completely erases/ forgives your past! You will not be punished for anything bad that you’ve done! Here’s how! (2 Corinthians 5:17)- “If anyone is in Christ, He is a new creation: The old has gone, and the new has come! (Explanation of the Bible verse above): Whenever a person decides to turn their lives to God (and start living by the Bible), they will NOT be punished or penalized for any of their past sins before coming to God. Yes, they will receive. a clean slate! Meaning that Nothing that you’ve done in the past counts if they repent. (Read for yourself!) (Acts 3:19)- “repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away.” “So What does it mean to repent?” “A True Repentance”, is when a person feels guilty, or remorseful or sorry for what they did in their past, so they confess to those things, ask God for forgiveness, and they stop doing those things completely. It’s a complete life turn around. Basically the act of becoming a better person! Version 1.0

This astonishing sushi composition I love it , but man there is too much fish touching there I guess it would be more appropriate to bring the fish to a slight freezing state before manipulating them for this long rising fish temperature is a big NO NO maybe that’s why all Sushi chef’s out there are spending years learning how to roll it in 2-4 mouvements no more , and man you need to cut those 2 nails and finally doubling weed layers to wrap that roll was just a little too much .

Well over a year and maybe as many as 3 years ago, I said they were changing too much. The channel was changing into a vlog. They were showing off and making stuff with gold in it and bragging about how valuable everything was. I told them most people aren't here for that. Most people just enjoy watching a skilled chef prepare food and maybe learn something or be inspired to cook themselves. They didn't listen and now it's just a talented sushi chef and a talentless show off making videos about how awesome their lives are. They ruined their own channel. It was their channel to ruin but hiro was on t.v, he's in the Guinness book of world records. They could have had millions of new subs and millions of views on every video and look how far they've fallen. It actually makes me sad cause I loved what they made in the first few years. I'll be honest I never liked Charles. The guy talks too much and honestly I felt it was his influence that ruined the channel. I can't be sure of that though.

This channel is 90% sushi based, and 10% mixed with other Japanese cooking tutorials and other fun episodes etc that not only show cases the talents of Hiro, but also other very talented sushi chefs around the world. You seem to like the Walmart or cheap eats, which is great, but you've always shunned the expensive ingredients and even despised them. After 660 videos, if you still aren't happy with our content, well then..don't know what to say...There are so many exciting things happening with this brand and soon you'll be hearing about it...before the end of the year. So hopefully you'll be able to come back and see what's happening. But trust me...it's some pretty amazing things... Oh and yes...we're finishing another collab with our friend Guga and meeting Rob from Deer Meet this week too for some epic stuff... Stay tuned!
