Android has do not disturb functions. That's on at night time. Beats are easy... I do my own. I make sure I have heaps to choose from. In fact when Skylar Grey had a thing to remix her tracks I actually had a beat that fit one of her tracks. You can find it on my channel. Disruptions are a bit harder when you're a solo parent and you get a creative spark. Which also means I have to have my phone on me. I just hyperfocus on what I need to do. I have done the first tip for years.

Nah i dont, i find beats in less than 30 secs usually, but thats only when in practice mode. If im making a song as Strife i choose a few beats and let them lead me, but if im making a serious song as my actual self...... i already know the beat or i make a beat around my song

Hear the music first. Then dude has a few lessons on what to do after that. I always start by listening instrumentals to songs which fit my mood or mind at the time. Then I will take away the music and say it out loud and see if it makes me feel the same. But if it's made to an already established, produced and mastered beat then it can fit a million other beats easily.
