On 1:50 he says that GoPro Hero12 Black can take up to 1TB Micro SD Cards? Would a SanDisk Ultra 1TB Micro SD XCI (10 A1) be fully compatible (without freezing up or any other issues)? Thank you so much in advance!

GOPRO SCAMMERS?! Fraud policy knowing people's faults organized system for automatic payment of GOPRO subscription 49.99EU. I bought a GOPRO 11 camera with a one year free subscription, but I totally didn't notice that after a year I would be billed 49.99 to automatically renew the subscription for another year. Refunds are not possible, if you don't want that subscription. As I was told by the GOPRO support team, there are a lot of people contacting them about this problem! I feel cheated. I really didn't expect this from GOPRO.

BEST video I’ve seen. I JUST got my Black 12 & LOVE it. Before I found you I was watching videos on KZbin that don’t even explain HOW to attach a floaty stick they just put it on & think you already know or something?? They don’t zoom in or anything. Worst video I’ve ever seen. I’m happy I found you! Thank you for this video it really helped me alot😀

Dude….. I got the Hero 12 and turned it on, played with it a few minutes and was like , this is it. Not the greatest of camera. Wow, I don’t get all the fuss about it. People must spend a lot of time in editing and things like that. Then I found this video and BAM!! Switching from easy to pro settings!!! Loved this video and I brought your book to help me step my game up filming. I’m not a professional. Just a dad that likes taking great shots with his kids. You have been a blessing to me with your helpful advice. Your book is a must have for somebody like me or professional videographers. I do have one request….. If you haven’t made one yet please make a video of you putting 10 toes on the nose for us old school surfers. Some shots with that beautiful sunset in the background would be sweet!! Anywho, much love to you and keep up the great work!!

I once borrowed a GoPro 3. Finally pulled the trigger and got myself my very own GoPro, 12 black. There was a setting on the 3 in video mode where every 10 seconds of video it would take 3 photos. Has that mode been eliminated since you can now simply go capture individual moment off of a video? Literally, this was the only place I found that described the charging process. Simple, but critical step.

Great video, thanks. One tip: when you buy a Go Pro, buy an SD micro card as well. Without the SD card, it doesn't work, you can't even set it up.

Your setup video is much better than the "official" setup materials from GoPro itself. I wish I had watched this first before unboxing mine! I'm going to have to go back and re-watch some parts because you moved so quickly, but I understand your need to do so in order to get all the information in. I've gotten lazy with my digital SLR camera; the GoPro appears to be more like my older cameras on which the user had to set shutter speed, aperture, etc. I got a GoPro to use on an upcoming trip so I have several months to experiment and learn the settings and how to use them. Thank you so much! I've been filming a dance group that performs in parades. And you can see in the footage every step I take. Guess I'm a heavy walker. Just got my Hero 12 and the difference in my shots is incredible. I got the huge accessory pack as well and if it wasn't for this video, I wouldn't know how to change the settings or use any of the things it came with. Now, off to buy that book!

Great Tutorial for the HERO 12 Black. . . I just got one myself. . . I couldn’t see the importances for any more features so rather than UpGrade to the Hero 13 Black - I stuck with the H-12-B . . . I’ll B dammed though if I can’t get the side to open up . . . B-4 I send it back - I don’t want to but I’m just Butt a MAN, Which means that I will have to try to pry it open with a Dreaded Screwdriver. . . Hey Thanks

The problem with the GOPRO camera is it overheats very quick, we returned our GoPro hero 12 black, I use my iphone 12 pro max, works great no over heating great videos.

Great video man thanks for the tips and pointers. I just recently learned that you aren’t able to cut out certain parts of the video using the quick app. If there are any pointers that you could give me on that I would greatly appreciate it. I’m new to this in the beginning stages of making an outdoor fishing channel, so I’m trying to figure out how it all works. I have the premium plus subscription with GoPro. I just recently have realized GoPro action cameras are really for just recording clips to put together content. So now all these five minute videos I have really I can’t cut anything out of them.
