The word "printer" literally causes anxiety beyond belief. 2 days now trying to make it work. Yeah, someone, please tell me why "printers" are all stuck in the late 1800s. We are talking about trips to Mars, gender change, "creating" life, public trips to the moon. We travel 30,000 ' above the surface of the earth to the opposite side of the earth..........but I guess printers exist to remind us just how primitive we really are.

Everything is set up properly. The connection is good, the ink is full, and there is no paper stuck in it. What do I do?

I bought the DeskJet 3772. this is the worst piece of TRASH printer I have ever had in my life. GARBAGE. I have spent many hours on many occasions trying to get this TRASH to print. It will eventually print, but next time not and the hours of trying to fix it starts over. You can never actually understand WHY it doesn't print, then suddenly decides to print. I went to HP support and you can not speak to anyone. I follow the links to printer help. it says to enter your printer serial number and enter. EVERY time a message says this service is not available now, try later, but it NEVER is available apparently. HP has gone down the sad path of all other big corporate companies of putting out TRASH products in mass and cuts the customers off of any communications. HP KNOWS this printer and many of their printer models are trash and dont care. I will NEVER purchase HP products again.

@@diyoregonnowtexas9202 ME TOO!!!!! I'm really irritated and they don't even want to give me back the money even it say 2 years guarantee! Mine kind of print, bad quality and with some erros, skip some words and blur others. Just headache!!!! I HATE HP!

All the printer test print and all the printer cleansing test print fine. However when I print a word doc it prints blanks...any ideas?

I have a question -- I did all these options and then a reset method and got the print test page. However, the original problem that says I have a door open is still keeping me from printing from my computer. I've turned it off and on, checked the two doors -- any other idea why this could be happening?

remove ALL the paper , ensure no creases in paper and put ALL good paper back in, you may need to add a little more new paper, the paper has to make a sensor to work.

i have one of these hp garbage printers never works right but i have a sure fix, step one pick it up, step two carry it over to the nearest trash can, step three through it in ,see i told you , you will never have a problem with this printer again

The paper icon keeps flashing as well as the power button. Anyone know how to fix this issue? There is paper in the tray, There is no paper stuck in anywhere inside. I just replaced one of the inks.

Feed a blank page by pressing the button with the down arrow in a piece of paper. It's next to the red x button. These printers just suck. I'm getting rid of mine.

got it to work somehow. unplug it and let it sit for a moment. Then open the queue that shows what the printer is supposed to print and clear it. next, forget the connection between your device and the printer in the bluetooth and devices menu and then connect back to it. Then restart your device and try to print again. Sorry for the confuzing instructions but i hope this helps...🙏
