I HATE THIS PRINTER!!! After two or three separate print jobs it ALWAYS goes "offline". I have to unplug the device and reconnect it. It is a pain in the *ss. Also, for some crazy reason the power button is tiny and located in the BACK of the printer. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

It happens to me too. I didn't know that a Wifi printer like this could be the opposite of convenience. Totally disappointed. I would scan and print a file for over an hour using my laptop lol. Really annoying.

I get so frustrated when you need an app in order to set up a printer. To me this is another way to keep tabs on things you do online. Nothing is private.

Printer is okay but I knew when I bought it I wasn't buying the best, The box said "free ink for 6 months," I did not agree to anything nor aware I agreed to HP locking my cartridges. Suddenly, months later I received two cartridges in the mail. I installed the newly receiver cartridges, later sending the old cartridges to HP for recycling. This was a clear bait and switch scam. I need my printer to print checks. Now it's just as useless as all of the other printers forced into retirement because of ink or ink pricing (ink costing more than printer) issues. No more HP or any brand that hold my property hostage. I hope HP gets sued for this low stunt.

I have no problem with printing and doing onesided and twosided - but I want to scan a photo of my granddaughter into my computer - I can't get it to do it - help!

It's so nice and does not take up a lot of space. Easy to use even the ink cartridges are easy to replace. Definitely a good product.

Place more papers as its not getting them. Less paper can have this issue
