Why my ip add for the printer is not available on browser? What is the prob of wrong ip add? Pls help

Hello ! 1). Check the IP address in the printer menu. 2) .Entering the IP address of the printer in the Browser may appear a message similar to "Your connection is not private This server could not prove that it is ip address; its security certificate is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection." . If it does not work, give it a cold reset. To perform a cold reset: Turn the MFP off and then on. When the memory count appears on the control-panel display, press and hold 6 until all three LEDs flash once and then stay on. This might take up to 20 seconds. Press 3 four times until COLD RESET appears on the control-panel display. Press 6 one time. that's all.

Hi Can you please tell me what is the default username and password for HP 5035? I've tried factory resseting and cold resseting the printer, tried admin/admin after that, but it does not work.

Hello. I apologize for the delay with the answer To reset the password, follow this operation: 1. Turn off the device. 2. Turn on the device. 3. When the control-panel display shows that the device has begun to count the memory, press and hold the 6 key. 4. When the LED lights turn on, release the 6 key. 5. Use the 3 and 9 keys to navigate to Cold reset and then press the 6 key to perform Cold reset. Best regards.
