Choose "Scan/Digital Send" from the top and go to "Contacts" along the left side. You'll see the address books there.

I just bought that printer from an auction. PROBLEM: I can't log in the website because the previous owner credentials can't be updated or changed. I NEED their password to do this. IS THERE A WAY that I can reset this? So, that I can put my credentials? Or do I have to call the previous owner? I am bummed. 😓☹

Final solution was to reformat the disk and reload a firmware. Before you start this process, be sure to download a firmware file appropriate for your printer and save it to the root folder of a FAT32 USB thumbdrive. You may also want to print a configuration page to be able to reset the network settings, etc. The steps I took: Power off the printer Power on the printer, and when the HP Logo and 1/8 appear on the display, touch the HP Logo to bring up the Preboot menu. Select Administrator. Select Format Disk. (Yes, I first tried Clear Password and it did not work). This is quick. Select Download. Insert USB thunbdrive with firmware on it and select USB Thumbdrive from the menu. Select the file. Once copied, return to main menu, remove USB thumbdrive and select Continue. The boot proces will continue with a restart at step 6/8. Then you will see it Upgrading Firmware. Finally, it will come back to the setup screen to select language, location, time, etc. Make sure to reset the network settings, if necessary, or otherwise determine the IP address of your printer. Back on your computer, open a web browser and point it at the IP address. Once the page loads, go to the Security tab, and set the local adminstrator password. Write down or otherwise store the password in a secure manner. Binu - Social Media Tech Support
