Try to make the jumper to the printer with clean tin with alcohol isopropylate wing head plate you have a U with the tin and put it where the springs holding bridge between the springs

Just out of curiosity, for all those who stated this procedure didn't work, did you try to install new ink cartridges, instead of the ones that were removed? I have the same issue with this printer and I'll try all this but, I'm going to use new cartridges.

I have tried this procedure, but did not work. I think the first step is change all the cartridges because is possible the ink level is not detected correctly by the printer.

I tried replacing the printhead and also the ink cartridges, but still it doesn't work. I believe the issue is somewhere else. for instance in the pump (there is a mechanism to rotate the two pipes in the back of the printhead) or in the cleaning mechanism because when I moved those parts the error disappeared for some minute, I was able to execute the printhead alignment procedure but it failed and nothing was printed.

Its useless video. He doesnt show it in last minute if the printer is working properly. He just skip the video showing the normal operation.

Video is well made, but didn't solve the problem. My printer gave this problem after 136 pages. HP officejet : never again. This is such a poor printer...

Just throw the printer in the trash, preferably in the recycling. HP made these printers to sell their very expensive inks. The repair is so complicated and the diagnostic programs so vague that it will eat up your time. Some say that the software itself is made that way. Indeed, after many hours of effort, I manage to get the printer to see all the inks and ask it to print a diagnostic. So the printer once again restarts the check until the inks run out! With each installation of the head the cable tapes are damaged and various other damages can occur. Don't buy HP printers.
