Hi dear Queeen Mash, Hopefully, I will post a review of the HP OfficeJet Pro 9023 soon, but until that happens I can confirm that: - The main difference is that the 9023 has 2 paper drawers, plus the specs are a bit different. - These changes make it a bit more expensive than the HP OfficeJet Pro 9023. - Ink cartridges are the same. The OfficeJet Pro 9013 is already a great printer, so you should ask yourself if these additional modifications justify the extra $$$. Hi again dear Queeen Mash, There can be several factors that might affect the colors. 1. Ink cartridge - is it original? 2. Paper type 3 Printer heads alignment when installing the new ink cartridges - did you do that? 4. Your expectations - maybe you expected different results? did you use other models that were superior to this one? If you still think the colors looks dull for no reason, maybe it would be a good idea to contact HP's customer support and let them know that...
