Thank you 👍🏽 Note: I used to print wirelessly from my cell phone and laptop. Since the ink ran out and I put in new ink, I can no longer print wirelessly from my laptop, only from my cell phone. I connect the cable to my laptop and it works fine. Why is that? Only my laptop, which is also an HP, doesn't work. My wife's laptop, which is also connected to the same printer, also works fine.

After enabling the printer on set up mode by selecting cancel button and wireless button ,as you said , i went to the hp smart app and tap on the plus button on top corner of the app, on the next page it asked setup new printer or already connected to the network, i selected new printer but on the next page my printer is not showing, it is saying your printer is not listed 😢 can you help me how to do this
