Rather than using a brush, I would use compressed air to blast out all the dust from the chassis and the fan-- The brush can only do so much. A blast of air can get junk out of places you can't even see. I bet if I air-blasted that fan/fan sink right after you cleaned it with your brush, I'd get a cloud of even more dust and dirt out of it!
