How do you clean the orifice? Maybe a demo?? As you Didn't real solve the issue - was more of buy a new system.

Hi Todd, thanks for the comment. We will produce a video in the near future showing how to properly clean an orifice. It is often just a matter of clearing out a small amount of debris. Stay tuned for the video on the subject!

That would be great. The fire pit I got from you a couple years ago doesn't work anymore. The flame isn't strong enough to ignite the gas without using a lighter and the remote no longer connects with the fire pit. I called customer service and got a replacement remote and replacement antenna but still doesn't work and the only way to operate the fire pit is via the mobile app. I'm a bit disappointed to pay all that money and have a fire pit that doesn't work correctly.

My HSI won’t even glow , I have the 28 vac input in the electronic modul , is it the module that I need to replace ?

Hi Frank, we don't have a video on the subject currently, but we are going to produce one in the near future. Thank you for your comment! It is often just a matter of clearing out a little bit of debris from the orifice.
