HPF POWER UPGRADE | Toyota 86 - Subaru BRZ - HKS Supercharger

The Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ 2.0 litre is an incredibly popular platform for tuners and one of the best, no fuss bolt on horsepower upgrades for this car is undoubtedly the HKS V3 Supercharger.
HKS has revised the popular FR-S/BRZ/GT-86 Supercharger Kit to make even more power. The V3 Supercharger kit features a revised inlet pipe with a larger inside diameter than the previous version. The restrictor plate has also been removed, as well as a larger supercharger pulley.
These changes optimize the airflow into the supercharger, allowing a slower spinning, but more efficient airflow. The reduction in supercharger speed, along with the less restrictive air flow, allows for a larger volume of air and cooler intake temperatures than before, creating more power than previous variations of the kit.
The efficiency improved further by a layout change of the piping around the throttle and utilizing a bigger size intercooler. Compared to stock, 35% higher output and 45% higher torque are achieved.
Once the package has been fitted, we then tune your vehicles ECU on the dyno in real time utilizing the latest ECU tuning software to maximize power, torque and fuel efficiency.
We complete the upgrade process by testing your vehicle on the road to make final adjustments, optimizing your vehicles performance and driveability. At the end of this upgrade we will provide you with a dyno graph comparing the before and after power & torque increase the HPF upgrade has made to your vehicle.
