@@RealSalvage Yep! Games has come so far. Adding animated humans boarding, sitting in the plane or whatever shouldnt be too much to ask. I think it would be so cool to see people actually walking into the plane etc. Its only flight sims that are lacking in this department I think.

Imo the idea of playing MSFS is a lot more exciting than playing it for, say, more than 20 minutes. I've got everything, the throttle, HOTAS, yoke, VR headset, IR tracker, everything to make it enjoyable -- but as has been pointed out, it's nice to have a concrete 'goal.' And I don't mean 5-hour bush trips or landing challenges. Looks like the new one is going all out on activities

Yep ultimately everything is the same as what you would under normal circumstances. The Pilots aren't influenced by the Medics in the back and work at there own leisure in order to maintain safety and normal aircraft procedures. Otherwise if they're where to be influenced by the patient they'd jeopardize the safety of operating the aircraft by missing something or rushing. Fundamentally they're just flying souls from point A to B same as commercial.

But still have to wait for a controller. Because It's possible to fly with keyboard, but i less realistic to do it with just keyboard and mouse 🙂 Thanks for your answer 🙂 My plan is to use it with my Pico 4 in VR 🙂 after VTOL Helicopter was an awesome experience.

There is a glider that takes advantage of the rising winds near mountains, so at least there is rising winds. I don't know how complex the winds & weather gets in MSFS2020, but the wind speed and direction changes definitely has an effect on the aircraft.

This is Hype Operations Center. It comes with the H135 for free and the H145 for $32 or something like that. THEN you can buy the missions and stuff for another $39. So all in all you have to pay a good amount

Nice video. Few tips though; learn the autopilot before you start the mission and/or film it. IRL I wouldn't want the chopper pilot coming to save me learning the AP and losing time, slowing down, etc, while I'm laying in pain, or worse. Second, but goes along with last comments, learn to start the chopper a bit quicker and get going. In a life and death scenario as you're presenting here it shouldn't take nearly 13 minutes to start the chopper and get it going before taking off. I'm sure it can be done in nearly half the time. If you're doing this for a review of the chopper, than do a separate video. Otherwise, it was fun to see this mission.

As a helicopter pilot, this looks really nice but the Microsoft flight simulator helicopter physics are really unrealistic despite all of the press they had about how "well simulated" it was lol Still fun to play though And it does a better job than some simulators, but with the auto helper settings (which are automatically turned on), its so easy its like flying a drone lol. Even with all of the helpers off, general flight feels more realistic but still not really accurate. And the rotor inertia simulation is terrible, its way too optimistic, even fully loaded in any helicopter, you can do a straight down (0 speed) autorotation from 5000+ feet and still cushion the landing like nothing lol And for some reason they dont simulate any of the hazardous aerodynamic conditions you can easily get into in a helicopter, which is one of the most important things to learn about flying helicopters. Ive actually found that DCS is the most accurate by far lol
