HPI Baja 5B Electric conversion parts list and test fire.

Well everyone its up and running, this should be a fun little experiment.
The main reason for going with the motor Rovan suggests is that the kit comes with a 25mm bolt spacing, the King Motor 960kv comes with both a 25mm and 30mm bolt spacing and 8mm shaft.
Any comments or suggestions as always are more then welcome.

Hey bro do you have a video on how to setup the conversion kit up? I have a Baja 5b, I also have the plastic part from rovan but I really don’t know how to put it together. Can you make a video showing how the parts should sit in the car thanks it would help a lot

Hello. Sorry, no, I don't have a video showing assembly, and I can't even make you one as I sold it last month. It is pretty straightforward. The chassis has so much flex, especially if it has been crashed that you have to force or bend it back to stock. Good luck, you'll get it. 👍 Thanks for watching. Cheers

How is that roven kit holding up for you? Because I was planning on buying the same kit so I can convert my baja 5b

The kit is ok but I would have preferred an aluminum one but couldn't find one at the time. I believe there are some available now. Thanks for watching Cheers

@@markkumollari43 OK cool. I still may buy it because I'm trying to Do it as cheap as possible. I really don't plan on bashing it just drag races , but mostly street use though.
