hey my dude! Happy nitro weekend to ya! Yup, I've tested that 3D printed filter in various models so far, it's a perfect fit for old models like this, and did not melt even from a hot running low compression engine. that 3D printer putting in the work, lol!

hey bro, that is definitely an option. I will tell you that since this is an older style ABN engine, the cylinder liner gets work much faster than modern ABC engines. Generally people do no re-pinch these, but it's something I'll look into if it's feasible! thanks bro.

Have you tried adjusting the throttle trim? It can help it from running away.

hey man! that is a good suggestion and yes that would work. What I did not mention in this video is the idle was already daily high to begin with because I had to compensate for the weak clutch spring on this thing, I'll be fixing the clutch spring than will go from there, NitroGang!.

I remember seeing this beauty in the magazines a long time ago. Always loved the look for some reason. Thank you for getting me back into one of my old hobbies. Waiting for my Ebay Tmaxx that should be here this week. My next one might be a 2.5r revo to go with my 3.3 revo. I don't know, I love traxxas nitros. I don't really care about the politics, I just think they make good overall nitros. Will the HPI clutch springs work? I ordered some to try on the revo.
