Just got my Savage XL today and i was happy until i realized that out of the box some of the wires weren't seated in their connectors correctly and i had to go though the truck to find them. other than this one problem i love the truck hoping to break it in and have some fun tomorrow after work!

I haven't had to put a single up grade on my MGT yet, except I put a set of firm springs on it. Its been pretty darn durable right out the box.

Nice truck. You should get an Ercm pipe for it & rpm a arms. The pipe will give you added performance & the a arms are stronger & lighter than factory.

It looks in some videos as if the xl is hard to control in the air. for example if it is nose diving, can you pull it up or is there simply too much mass to raise?

yea ill check out your channel, i cant get over how clean that thing is tho, if i had that i would sleep with that thing under my pillow, its so dope and clean and it looks exactly like what a monster truck should look like. how often do you drive it ? and how. much did you spend on it total ?
