Nice initiative....try to make more videos like that on Gas chromatography, Mass Spectroscopy, MS-MS, GC-MS , HPLC-MS etc. It is quite helpful...I remember the day when I saw HPLC in CSIR lab (it was one day visit to CSIR lab). One scientist there not only explained the principle but also showed us the working of HPLC, GC-MS and MS-MS and to be honest, on that day I understand the actual concept.

This video is very helpful to students because we only learn theoretically like principle, mechanism but we don't know how is HPLC instrument in real which is used in industries.There is huge difference between learning theoretical and watch the practically because while we learn theoretical only we can imagine the instrument but when we watch the video we know the how is instrument,its working.Our human brain has power to grasp pictures quickly so this video is very useful to the students because of you gave excellent explanation like instrumentation, working, components of HPLC.Mam please make more videos regarding UV,IR,Mass spectroscopy.
