Sir GC mai sample inject karne ke lie moisture ki kya limit hai? I mean kitna percent moisture ho to sample inject kar sakte hai?

Sir hplc ki 2nd means organic solvent washing ke case me solvent kis base par decide hota hai ? .....kya sabhi cases me methanol use karte ? Hai ?

Agar mobile phase Mai methanol use huwa hai to organic phase methanol ka hoga....and agar acetonitrile use huwa hai to organic phase actronitrile use hoga... Normally depends k Kiya solvent use huwa hai HPLC analysis Mai

Keep dipping in solvent for washing your company using ..which is validated cleaning procedure...and use methanol also for washing and dry in over..... Will make a video again on it
