I wish more people would be more like Mickey. Utterly sincere, genuine, grounded. He is so unlike many other actors who believe in thier own hype.

I love this guy! He stays thankful and deeply grateful to those that helped him when he was "down and out". He's never afraid to be vulnernable. Gotta love that:)
@MrMiD.Life.Crisis9 жыл бұрын
Core Lore Amen to that! So many people take help for granted and others forget/willfully ignore those who helped them become famous or successful. I love him sharing his story about going from 'down and out' to successful actor - it is such an inspiring story, hopefully others that may be 'stuck in a rut' (down-and-out), can hear this story and believe in themselves, so they find success to. -i don't just mean in terms of being an actor, or even career as a whole. *Every* human being is special and we all have tough times - tough times with family, love, friends, illness, career, money, crime, etc. but anyone and everyone who goes through hardship can (and WILL) overcome their problems! We can overcome anything we put our minds to. This is not anything to do with religion, although i do understand why people seek comfort from religion in times of need, this is purely about the human will/heart. Don't take yourselves for granted, we are amazing creatures capable of so much. If you're not happy with your life then you owe it to yourself to make a change, remember with enough hard work, dedication and determination you can do more than you would ever believe. Take care, and love yourself - we're all here for a reason, just make it a good one :)

An awesome human being. A legend. An inspiration. Total honesty. I've always been a fan. Rumblefish and Barfly. The pinnacle of excellence. Pure genius. Unlike the,vain freaks,having a go at him on here. Nobody's. It just gives me joy,to know these freaks,will be paying a visit to the crematorium,very shortly,just like the rest of us,but nobody will remember them. Because,they are nobody's. Unlike Mickey. He wil be remembered. A legend.

Hey Mickey you're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind, hey Mickey! Let me tell you something: sexiness has no age. It does not depend on how you look. It is a magnetism from within. But this man is not only sexy, he is profound, sincere, experienced, self assured, and a great great actor. And that is what really matters.

@kevinoconnor41023 жыл бұрын
Stallone knew that Mickey was in a bad way financially as few would employ him so he got him in the remake of Get Carter which realistically wasnt that great. 10 years later he repaid that favour by playing a role in the Expendables and why he wasnt part in the sequels. Mickey is very loyal to his friends as Penn, Stallone Sheen and others have said.

I still think Mickey is handsome. His personality shines and he's true to himself in Hollywood which is mostly populated with fakes.
