Hi , I have one question. Can we work in 2 IT MNC'S at a time. Can we get caught as it's work from home anyways. Is it possible ? Can HR find out that we have dual employment because we are just earning money and most important thing we are finishing work on both jobs. Can we do this ?

You need to check the dual emplyment policy in both the companies. If the policy exists, then they can take action against you as soon as they find out. I will not advise you to engage in such activities as with so many social media platforms, people are well connected and you job will be safe only till nobody finds out....but you will be under constant stress.
