HR generalists are HR professionals responsible for educating and training all employees in an organization about the new and updated work policies. They also improve the work environment by ensuring that there’s no bias and discrimination. Finally, generalists work on several tasks inside the human resource department to assist with HR operations continuity.
HR administrators support the HR department by carrying out day-to-day tasks like maintaining paperwork and managing documents and employee records. In addition, they are responsible for assisting the HR managers in the talent acquisition process and helping onboard employees
