This strategy is very risky and even lethal if he hits you with fist and give top swing, I don’t recommend it for farming, it’s only for speedrun or for normals where is no fist attack.

So this is replicable with 43 strength and a blue longsword? Plus skill. Is there some other numbers I'm missing? I don't wanna do it perfectly or anything but this looks like a hood strat even when not speedrunning yes?

Probably harder now that stats are lower; but he also has a lot of physical damage, power, and additional damage. Definitely don't do the face hits while he is charging up the slam; if you have better gear than this you might be able to pull it off but it looks like his RNG for moves were good (no followups on swing), his positioning was TIGHT (crouching under swing isn't easy), and the reset with invis pot was ballsy
