I love my Soundlink Max! Play it everyday. Also you can buy two & use party or stereo mode.

I also have the bose max, i personally think that the flat eq has too much bass. So i add +5 on treble and mids to balance the volumes. Adding 10+ bass will cause distortion and simply too bass heavy for most people

The SoundLink Mini 2 was absolutely excellent for its size. Great base and depth. But I'll be upgrading to the SoundLink Max when they add new colors (or release a Mini 3).
