Turkiye have actually announced that they have submitted an offer to uefa, which if accepted, would see them bid to host euro 2032 with italy. Since both the euro 2028 and 2032 hosts will be decided this october, if the offer is approved, it basically garuntees that uk and ireland will host 2028 and turkiye and italy will host 2032, since both would be the only respective bids (no other country has bid for 2032)

Saudi Arabia actually got rejected as well since, pursuant to the rules regarding World Cup hosts in effect, one confederation must only host the other World Cup if the countries that are associated with the specific confederation did NOT host the World Cup for 2 editions. Qatar staged the 2022 World Cup, so any AFC countries are not allowed to bid for the 2026 and 2030 World Cups. Same thing goes for the CONCACAF in 2030 and 2034 after USA, Canada, and Mexico staged the 2026 edition.

This means the hosts of Euro 2028 and Euro 2032 will be selected by acclamation in October (UK-Ireland for Euro 2028 and Turkiye-Italy for Euro 2032). 2.The 6 Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands) were also bid for Euro 2024, but they were soon withdrew. 3.The 4 Balkan countries (Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Serbia) were also bid for 2030 World Cup, but they were soon withdrew. Same goes for the UK-Ireland. 4.There were some reports that UK-Ireland were also bid for 2031 Women's World Cup as a result of recent success, particularly England. It has yet to be confirmed. The 2027 one is still likely to be held in Central Europe (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands). 5.UK-Ireland bid: The Cardiff's National Stadium and Belfast's Casement Park aren't really the football stadiums. The former is a traditional rugby venue, whereas the latter is a Gaelic football. 6.Turkiye bid: There are 5 available stadiums in Istanbul, including the Ataturk Stadium, the previous Champions League Final venue. 7.London (Wembley Stadium) and Dublin had the Champions League and Europa League Finals this season, respectively. London was initially hosted this year's Champions League Final as a part of the centenary celebration of Wembley Stadium, before the pandemic in 2020 forced the future finals to be readjusted. Dublin was selected for Europa League Final because the city was dropped for Euro 2020 host rights due to the pandemic issues. 8.Glasgow is also bid for either 2026 or 2027 Europa League or Conference League Finals, to be held at Hampden Park.
