HSR: E2 Bronya + Atk Boots Jingliu | Gameplay + Speed Tuning | MoC 12

So as I replied below my observations are that its tricky to utilize Bronya E2 with JingLiu. One example is entering Transmigration State wastes Bronya E2 SPD buff. Another example is using Ultimate during JingLiu turns. The problem is wording on Eidolon: "When using Skill, the target ally's SPD increases by 30% _after taking action_, lasting for 1 turn." So whenever ally "takes action" the speed buff takes effect until the end of turn. It seems like "take action" is referred to anything, including casting ultimate. I will give some examples from the video 0:41 Bronya use E on JL -> JL use Ultimate (aquire SPD buff from E2) -> JL use E (speed buff ends) and the rotation is reset upon next cycle. If JL had speed buff she would act before Bronya. 1:23 Bronya use E on JL -> JL use E (aquire SPD buff from E2), activate Talent advance forward 100% -> the speed buff expires once she press enchanced E so she is again behind Bronya. Some requests: 1) Can you please check if this is correct (this is just my observation from the video) 2) If this is correct, I assume you have to account for stance transition and ultimate use. For example correct rotation would be Bronya A Jingliu E -> Talent -> E Bronya E Jingliu (dont cast ultimate yet) E , Ult now she should be put before Bronya in cycle so next actions should be JL - eE Bronya E JL eE (talent ends) Bronya E JL E Bronya A JL E (talent activate) Bronya E JL E Ult (ult is delayed again until after JL press E).

what speed should jingliu and bronya be?

@@instinct8807 it depends. Your target should be that to have a slow Jingliu which gets faster than bronya once she has E2 bronya SPD buff, so she can work exactly like a fast Jingliu. You also want a fast bronya that can use a basic attack in the first turn which enables her to act again before mei's turn comes back (assuming that Ruan has Vowacq, which is a must imo). So basically: my mei has 145 SPD + Vowacq, this means my bronya must have 145 (+10% = 155 ca) so she can use her basic to reposition herself right before mei acts again, and Jingliu has 118 spd (+30% +10% = 157 ca.) in order to do a double turn like fastLiu once bronya e2 has buffed her.

If you say so, literally the only thing you need is a faster bronya by some SPD points. Idk whats giving you a headache, I mean I would get it if you'd want to play braindead comps where you literally don't need to build anything. But I would like to argue that this is almost on the same level lol

👌 Cool run and thanks, and I know you know this trick but Im just leaving the comment to keep more time the spd buff You are using Ult of Jl out of her turn (after Bronya skill but before turn, is out of turn), and that makes the spd buff disappear sooner, and that can make less turns in a cycle

What is a difference between E2 bronya and tuning jing liu to be one speed higher than bronya vs hyperspeed bronya (161+ speed)? Both instances jing liu can run attack boots

The problem of tuning bronya too highly is making her attack first even when Jingliu has E2 bronya buff. This delays Jingliu to re-enter her talent state.

So with e2 (Bronya) you used a basic (the first turn), opposite of slow Bronya, instead of skill, why not an skill directly? And you get already the spd boost to Jingliu and more energy to Bronya?

Because if bronya used her skill, the rotation would have been: Bronya E Jingliu E -> talent -> enhanced (burst is full) Jingliu again (bronya SPD buff) enhanced (30 energy wasted) Also, the second enhanced wouldn't have been buffed so I might have not been able to clear the first wave before Jingliu's talent expired.

@@RuinousNaraka that doesnt seem right, my understanding is that Bronya E2 buffs SPD _after taking action_ for 1 turn. So basically what happens if you cast E first is: Bronya -> E Jingliu E (aquire SPD buff) -> Transmigration State(Talent) -> Enchanced E (turn end, lose SPD buff)
