What setup are you running on your 3" stainless catback? I got a quote for dual front hot dogs and straight through rear 3" stainless custom house built. I'm thinking it maybe too loud? Could compare with yours if I knew what dogs/mufflers you're using.

its X-Force of the shelf system, x-pipe to two centre straight thru mufflers then both pipes come to a rear resonator also pretty much straight thru, i believe all 3 pieces are just baffled only enough to stop any drone as theirs none at all

Hey mate if I put a 3" stainless x force on mine (stock ls1) from the cats back would it still have this note or would I have to change a couple of things ? Would love a similar note on my ss as your car sounds mint 👌was only thinking about doing the exhaust but your vid has convinced me to definitely do it Good to see an in car video too most are just idle vids with a few revs this gives more of a feel to what you are going to hear

Justin Crerar Thanks! It will certainly sound better, louder and that V8 note as there stainless system is what gives it that note... but for this exact sound you would need to complement it with xforce stainless headers and racing cats

Thanks! the exhaust purchased directly from XForce & the OTR from VCM. Yeah to me theirs a difference, iv'e had both types of exhaust on the car & stainless is louder and more aggressive overrun then when i had a mild-steel system on it.

Tommy Vercetti i have what xforce calls it’s straight thru cat back system, there’s the 2 centre mufflers and a resenator at the back but I think all they do is stop the drone as theirs none at all, not even at high gear and low speed
