This is the type of case I'm looking for and I've scouring the net! With the optional Blu-ray too, Wow! Headphone/mic jack would be a great touch at the front along with a USB C and media card reader to top it off! What is the maximum height for the CPU cooler? Bravo though dude as that's some serious horse power under the hood! Fill us in on more info if you get to make more of these as that's one tidy HT case ✌️

This is basically the same layout as the Silverstone RVZ series, although with much better airflow.

Jesus, you can put a pop tart in that build and it will toast it in 30 secs lol I get it, though. It's sort of a hobby of mine to build a high power PC in a tiny build. That ole' smaller=hotter problem almost has me ripping my hair out sometimes.

Never mind the temps, how much noise does it make and can you hear it when watching a film? I have an 8yr old HTPC getting a bit slow now. Will probably upgrade soon maybe to i3 8100. No discrete GFX card in either. This is a gaming PC, may as well just make the case bigger, improve the cooling, add more sound dampening and stop kidding yourself it's a HTPC. There is no optical out on that mainboard.

This is an incredible case. I can see in the comments that it was custom designed by you. Could you perhaps share the files for others to recreate the case for themselves (and mod it to their needs)? P.S. - did you manually taper the screw holes for the seamless screwhead fit? I don't think it can be made with a laser cutting machine

Thank! I appreciate the feedback. There is a link to the project files in the description of the video. And you are correct about the screw holes, I used a small drill bit designed for plastics to taper the holes.

For now this case is one of a kind. I actually designed and built the case myself. It is made from 1/4" acrylic that was cut out using a laser cutter.
