describes most vehicles these days, lol. mirror aim switches where your knee would rest against the door, the directional on the left or right of the column game, the cup holder you can't use if the PRNDL isn't in Park (or 1st 3rd 5th gear on manual). And on that, the radio obstructed by the shifter where you can't see or get to it. etc. It makes you wonder if these people actually tried to use it before shipping it out the factory door, lol. P.S. comp case does look good.

Amen, brother! A quick note, that artist is Scott Buckley. The dude's a masterful composer, the track used is "New Year". All of the stuff is available under a CC-BY license and is freely downloadable from is website. Guy is very small following wise but a great resource for content creators.

This is so cool. I would like to see the smallest chassis you can make while using standard SFX PSU, since HDPLEX isn't the cheapest option and in some countries it can be pretty hard to get one.

Love it. I was attempting similar, with a massive 3d printer and a low profile (only 1050ti) gpu. But have sold on the larger 3d printer, and settled for adapting a leather bound classic radio. But might be tempted to get another (but better this time ;) ) 3d printer, or a simple engraver/2d cnc for plastic/metal and go for a build like yours! :)

Hey! How are the thermals on this? Currently I am working on a 3d printable case that will be water cooled, using the hunter duet(when it finally comes back in stock damn you linus). My node 202 case has terrible thermals with a 1080ti and a 6700k!

There was a short clip in the video showing at least CPU temperatures. I think the CPU cooler is barely matching the TDP seeing that similar small ones are usually rated for around 65W. But as there is basically unrestricted airflow I think the bigger issue is the noise it will make under load.

Those are 3d printed of CF infused nylon called Onyx. The printer is a Markforged.

Great Video. But you should rethink the design with a M.2 SSD in Mind. They do minimize the space needed for all the necessary components.

he did test it, 78c max for the cpu. and even though it's small and cramped there are a ton of fairly large airholes right in front of the cpu cooler and the gpu. it should be fine.

i came here after watching the latest video (project ionic) and i think this one is better, but i liked how that video showed more of the trial and error, the parts selection, and all the design changes, etc etc. a beautiful piece either way.
