It took almost no time at all to set this up, throw one in each corner like I did and screw them in to the corner wall studs, the base mounting points can rotate and perfectly be centered and angled downwards for perfect tracking

I can truly say this thing is very comfortable, lots of nose room, and the strap is very comfortable, the wire helps with balancing some weights and having headphones on does also help adding more comfort and counter balance to it

this is kind of off topic but *yesterday I went to Dave and Busters and I finally got to try the vr ride. The guy said "which one do you want to go on" I said jurrasic park and when I went on it was the most horrifying thing ever. Plus to add more effect the chairs move so when the dinosaurs hit the truck it felt like I had really just been hit. I almost took off my headset and ran off the thing. So if you go to Dave and Busters and you want to try out vr, go test that out*

If you bought it mainly for reviews and youtube stuff it was fine! If you bought it for urself to have fun it was stupid because microsoft will anounce their vr headsets on December 8! You should have waited these 5 days before ordering the vive! 2017 will be awesome especially the vr headsets which will come out first half 2017 will all have better specs (resolution, fov) than cv1 and vive while having the same or even cheaper price!!!!

lol, Going to try to get my hands on those Microsoft headsets as well as HTC's Standalone Vive I have tried the Holo lens and the tracking is top notch on point. Waaay better than the PSVR, so I can say inside out tracking is pretty solid, but from what I have read if your in a dark room you cant do much.

There are really good free games out there such as RecRoom that always has new stuff to try, otherwise you can wait for a good steam sale to grab the titles you want such as beatsaber. The next gen headsets are coming out next month, so maybe wait for them.

I love beat saber and got to play it for the first time at Main Event, and that was the VR that that we were using to play beat saber, and for some reason I thought it was the oculus quest! Not the vive. So because of your videos I saved myself monthly trips to Walmart for more batteries!

Mellanie Sanchez rift is for PC. Playstation VR is for PS4, Oculus rift is for pc as well, and Google cardboard, Oculus go, and the Samsung vr headset are all phone connected.

The Vive is more for gaming than watching videos. If the primary use of the go is for a basic be experience. For a little bit less you can by the HTC vive focus which is a better oculus go

First of all, it’s optimal on windows 10, also maybe consider getting a better cpu, but you can not play this with a gtx 900 gtx 1060 is minimum for vr

You think so lol. The tracking for the Vive is much better, on requiring 2 sensors for full 360. The Rift requires 3 at minimum. You can mount the sensors any way you want as long as they're not going to fall or be knocked over. You can Velcro them to you wall if you wanted.
