Thank you so much this is very informative! Although, don't the store bought products lack "live bacteria" due to pasteurization?

What happens if I add a little sample of all these shown in the video to a litre of milk? Will I have a super strain of Kefir? Will it be safe to consume and continue the culture?
@Kshitijj Жыл бұрын
I'm wondering the same thing
@gabbar51ngh2 ай бұрын
> super strain One bacteria strain would end up overpowering the other. You will get one of them only. Either curd, Yoghurt or kefir. Whichever bacteria is the strongest. Most likely, you will get milk which gets ruined.

What's so obvious about dahi 🤔 it all depends on availability of the product and ones personal preference to taste i lived on yakult for 10 years and for me it was most convenient just buy it at the stores and drink up a bottle a day avoiding the hassle of making dahi at home.
@haragopal110 ай бұрын

Isn't 'Dahi' which you mention is 'Curds' in English. Then why don't you say that, especially when you are a food writer and making a video in English.

What is Kefir ?, Can someone please explain ?
@bhavanagupta4211 Жыл бұрын
It is made from grains, which are living, started making them 5 and half years back, allergies remain in control, you fall I’ll less, patients after chemo, are unable to consume food and this kefir helps them to recover , some one was suffering from tb after Covid and their liver was not ok , dr warned will be difficult to survive if not taken care of , he stopped all medication for tb , this kefir helped to recover that young girl, luckily she is got better can’t claim because of kefir but yes she consumed that kefir. My personal experience for boils , this kefir magically cures them without antibiotics, gave this to someone 2 days back , without antibiotics it’s almost dry within 3 days
