Yogurt is fine and dandy but it can definitely be a lot to think about on a regular basis!! Kefir is much easier to make from home and much healthier too!!

We appreciate the shout out :) Quick note - That white fuzz actually isn't mold, its called "flowers of kefir" You can google that if you want to learn about it more. Generally harmless but it doesn't taste the best. Your kefir looks amazing by the way. Keep up the good work!

Great video to make Keefer, my brother-in-law was using Keefer a few years ago, so I will contact him to see if I can get some Keefer grains to start another Fermented jar on my counter 😃 Thank you so much for your time in teaching us how to make Keefer ❣️

I've been having a hard time finding unflavored / unsweetened Kefir locally so this is great! I also share Kefir with my dog which helps him too. Thank you for all of the tips on how to make this at home!

Wonderful video. I lost my kefir grains last year. Ordering from my local supplier. She dehydrates hers so she can ship them easily. Going to nerd out on the link you left of the history. I love history knowledge.
