Excellent point Chris! Most people have a tendency to do just enough to get the job done (ie. pass the class, keep from getting fired, etc.). They look for the shortcuts. They buy books like, “learn HTML/CSS in 24 hours.” They gravitate towards KZbin channels announcing, “I learned web development and was hired in three months.” That’s human nature. The exceptional person will ask themself, “How can I make this better, faster, stronger? How can I be better?” I believe Tony Robbins refers to it as Constant and Never Ending Improvement. Your Boss is Right. (maybe I should have led with that lol) Those whose quests for excellence lead them to always be learning and always be improving stand out. Bosses know these things. I heard someone say that for what SEO content writers need from HTML/CSS (title tags and such), you can learn most of it in a day or two - not to actually code entire sites, but to just optimize titles or overcome copy-paste glitches from content written in Word and plugged into, for example, Wordpress, and such. I'm an aspiring content writer, and I'm sort of intimidated by the idea of needed months of HTML and CSS. Will you please tell me if what I heard about SEO content writing requiring just a few days of HTML/CSS is accurate?

Html and Css are important but people must spend so much time learning them and mastering them so the rule Slow === Fast , if you think you are going to learn Html Css in 3 month you are just wasting your time CSS html need 400 Hours to learn basic and to became aware about fondamentals and you need another 400 hours to master them . then go to learn Vanilla Javascript and dont even touch Framework until you spend 400 hours leaning javascript then go to Nodejs or React.
