Fake Monk is truly an artful piece of music, I'm glad you appreciated it. No matter how many times I've watched it, it still has the same impact. HuaHua fears nothing on stage, he's such a talented musician, he never fails to convey his emotions ithrough his music and voice, a very unique artist that will never cease to amaze us.

Thank you for a really great reaction. I love the way that Hua is brave enough to perform different song styles even when he is in a competition he has said that he is more interested in exploring the music than actually winning the competitions (Although he always seems to do well in competitions). I always find him refreshingly different to watch, you never know what you will get, which is part of his charm for me. 🌺🌺

Thank you so much for not just reacting to this masterpiece (I became an instant fan of Hua Hua when I heard this on tv back in 2018) but for adding on the additional reaction at the end. I think Hua’s music has the power to inspire me to be vulnerable and brave, the way that he lives unapologetically both in his music and in his life in the most difficult of circumstances has made him my role model. I am grateful that you have also decided to be vulnerable with us viewers by opening up about your own experiences after listening to this song. Thank you for that.

Hua is like Ren. He's very versatile and does his own style in music and theatrical. Hope you continue to explore his creative talent. Liked your comment about how Hua emits feelings through sounds and not just words. Cancer is all sounds and truly can feel what someone going through cancer feels.

​​@@mcflyjp He likes to travel. He even studied a few months at an music college in the US a few years ago. There is a chance that he will give a few concerts outside of China. At least he is thinking about it. Might be Taiwan and/or Singapur first maybe. I think for the chinese artists the market there is already really big. He has 40 million followers at his Weibo account. Last year some of us foreign Martians flew to China to experience his concerts. He saw one of us and said: Welcome to China. ❤😊 That was so nice 🥹

If you haven't seen Hua Hua before, you are in for a treat. He is a Composer. Music Arranger and multi instrumentalist. He does every genre from Rock/Metal (Muse, Linkin Park, Radiohead were his Idols when young), Rap, Reggae, Pop, SynthPop, Electronic, Accoustic, Broadway, Traditional Chinese etc. He was REN, 10 years before REN. He also switches up his look all the time. Long hair, shaved, blonde, black, pink, violet hair. And his wardrobe... 😳 You get lots of his performances with English Subtitles. I'd recommend his Concerts last year. He's in a happy place now, but can still deliver angst. If you like his Rock grit, you may like his "Illusion & Reality", "7 Personalities", "Jackdaw Boy", "Dust in the Fireworks", "Flying Conductor", "Aliens", "Bullfighting". There's also the visually 😱😳😍 "God Tree" from his 2023 Concerts. Or, "Here we are". The usual intro to Hua Hua is "Nunchucks" which is a good, fun sample of SOME of what he does. @@AmaBrigitte I started by watching him on Singer 2018 (as that was when I found him).. But, he won Super boy 2013 in China. He was a quirky, lost soul back then (lonely and bullied childhood). He used Singer 2018 to tell HIS journey to that point. "Qi Tian" (why was I born to be so different), "Child" (his lonely and bullied childhood), "Nunchucks" (his rebellious phase), and on through the weeks.... seeking who he was, being disappointed by himself and others, further inward searching, then deciding "I am what I am" (in Final against Jessie J), where he said, accept me for who I am. From THAT point he really created some exceptional music (some before that was, but he seemed more driven). His appearance and stage presence just "grew up". What is also important to know is that Reactors often Comment on the amazing interaction with Hua Hua and his fans. He is protective of us. And we are protective of him. He speaks out about mental health, asking people to be kind to those who are struggling. He hugely impressive human being, who just happens to write some of the best music I've ever heard over multiple decades. Quite simply he is a gem. He also took part in a Game Show style programme (Ace v Ace), on Host Team every week, competing against a Guest Team of Chinese Stars. He grew in front of our eyes, with that "family" supporting him. He was very funny, exceptionally good at some of the games, and for someone who is very calm, showed a Competitive streak. Check out "Hua Chenyu English Subs" Channel on KZbin, for lots of different videos. Maybe you should check out a couple of his recent performances to see the "Swan" fully fledged. And then go back and watch all of Singer 2018, before picking others. At 23 he was still a lost child. Now, he is a fully grown, happy man. (Us old fans have been on his angst ridden journey, not knowing where he'd end up). Enjoy your own journey.

This is a masterpiece.thank you for reaching to it. The show is more than the idol I think. All competitors are famous singers(like Jessie J). They can only sing 2 of their own songs, others should be the remix and recover of other peoples songs.
