In this performance, he seems completely immersed in his own world, totally isolated from the outside. This feeling is so unique! It really draws people into his musical emotions.

I love your reaction and analysis. Hua Chenyu said, "Actually, each song I sang in Singer 2018 reflects a different mountain in the uphill battle of personal growth." "Qi Tian" => My arrival; "Child" => My growth; "Nunchucks" => My stubbornness; "I Don't Care" => My indifference; "Flammable and Explosive" => The world's conflicting expectations of me, What do you want from me? "Wayfarer"(AKA Mountain & Sea) => My disappointment after opening up to the world; "Fake Monk" => Self-struggle, self-redemption; "Ordinary Path" => Clenching my teeth to face myself; "I Am What I Am" => Finding myself. The last song, after I have scaled to the mountaintop, is "Shout" => surpassing myself. He later rearrange this song to a new song "New World"

His albums and concerts cover a wide range of topics, themes, issues, stories, messages etc...like: 1) animal activitism (example: 'Bullfighting'. etc...). 2) depression + stages of depression + overcomming depression (example: 'I Really Want To Love This World'. etc...). 3) legends + myths + religion + culture (example: 'Qi Tian', etc...). 4) the environment and nature we are living in and the destruction of them (example: 'God Tree'. etc...). 5) revival + rejuvenation + regeneration + rebirth of yourself and letting the nature and environment go through that aswell.- better yourself and the nature or evironment you are living in (example: 'Arrival' etc...). 6) for peace and harmony instead of wars and destruction (example: 'Salt Of The Earth' etc...). 7) unity and supporting each other and show care and love to each other. Help each other to rise (example: 'Growing Toward The Sun'. etc...). 8) being honest about himself- admitting his flaws and faults but also realizing the positive aswell (example: 'Conversation With The Martian Children') 9) being alone does not mean loneliness (example: 'Quasimodo’s Gift' or 'Ashes From Fireworks' etc...). 10) finding and found people that relates to him and loves him and receives acceptance from them. A sense of belonging (example: 'Aliens'. etc...).

Along with this song, his most thrilling song to me must be Bullfighting. The amount of strength he puts in his songs especially in live performances is just wow...

Thank you for a great reaction, this performance is the one that made Hua Chenyu my personal number 1 artist, he is such an amazing performer, even without knowing the language you feel the emotion, it is a very brave piece to perform in a competition, but he is known for his uncompromising artistic choices and unusual arrangements of existing songs, his own compositions are my favourite though. Hua Chenyu is a musical genius. 🌺🌺

Hua Chenyu is amazing. This is one of his more intense songs. He is a composer as well and has a lot very good songs in different genres. He will surprise you a lot of times. Nunchucks, Qi Tian, Madhouse, Jackdaw Boy, 7 Personalities, Child, When the whole world forgets me, Growing towards the sun, I don't care, Flying Conductor ... Please check out more from him. When you hear such a song.. you cant go do something else... I have to watch till the end even if I see this performance so many many times. I will never get bored of this rearrangement of Fake Monk. Это популярный китайский музыкальный конкурс "I'm Singer", в котором соревнуются профессиональные, уже известные певцы. В 2017 Димаша пригласили принять участие в этом конкурсе и он бы занял первое место, если бы был уроженцем Китая. Но т.к. Димаш был гостем из Казахстана, то по правилам конкурса занял второе место. Выступление Хуа Чэнью состоялось на следующий год. В 2018 правила конкурса изменились и можно было приглашать певцов из-за рубежа. Гостьей стала британская певица Джесси Джей. Она и заняла первое место, опередив ХуаХуа, которому досталось второе место. Я полагаю, таким образом китайский конкурс не хотел обидеть гостью и показаться предвзятым, как это вышло с Димашем и поэтому ей присудили первое место, потому что Хуа был просто потрясающим на этом конкурсе.

Another interesting fact; dimash and chenyu both were recognized and founded by Laure Shang (winner of Supergirl 2006. She has a list of accomplishments to this day), she also collaborated with each 1 of them aswell.

He is an amazing talent. The SINGER show brought Dimash and Hua Hua to the rest of the world. Each is unique and so talented. There is no one else who could sing this song on a talent show. I have seen Dimash and I would love to see HUA HUA. Loved your reaction. I just watched his SUNRISE concert. Incredible!!!
