Huahua and GEM are my favourite singers. GEM is her stage name means "Get everybody moving", she got second place in singer 2014, highly recommend you guys react to her performances. Great that you like their duet. Every song Hua did in the whole competition is always different and making people say each time they have never seen this side of him before. Hua chose GEM as his duet partner for the finals for good reasons. They are the new generation superstars. GEM is a highly regarded singer/songwriter and performer. This song was written by her for the Hollywood movie Passenger shown in China. Hua rearranged the song with her for their duet. He is said to value her inputs whenever he prepares for his other performances as well.

On the Singer Finale they can pick performers to sing with them. They were a perfect duet. Besides Jesse J's performance and the one with HEY JUDE theirs was the best (better than Hey Jude by a small margin). You guys want Nostalgia, give Hey Jude a peek. It was just before Jesse J on the Singer 2018 Finale. As a footnote, I cannot wait until Friday because Dimash is a guest star on the closing of Singer for this year. I heard rumor that he would be doing a number with Hua Chenyu and I cannot imagine them performing together. I could imagine Dimash performing with Jesse J. Oh well, I imagine it will be a pleasant surprise...Again, this Friday, the 20th.

GEM was the runner up for Singer 2014 (season 2). She is one of the most popular singers in the Chinese music industry and is quite similar to Hua in a lot of ways. Both are excellent singers and stage performers. Both of them were rumoured to be romantically involved years back. While I like this duet, I still think his duet with Juno Su titled Nanping Evening Bell in The Sound Of War is the best duet ever..

Nice reaction. I would actually recommend her original mv, than this edited version. Probably due to impact of the first impression. By the way the song was written by GEM herself, as she wrote majority of her own songs. The guy has an incredible voice though.
