Thanks for the vid. Ya, looks like I won't have to buy external antennas for now getting download speeds around 50-105Mbps and upload around 23Mbps depending on traffic and weather conditions 3-4 out of 5 bars. No complaints so far :)

If you are using a 3G / 4G router and want to make VoIP calls then there is nothing within the 4G router hardware that will prevent VoIP Calls. For example, your could connect an IP phone to the LAN port of a router and configure your IP phone to connect over the 4G internet connection to your service provider and some routers even have built-in VoIP clients so you can configure the VoIP settings within the router. SO WHERE IS THE PROBLEM? The problem does not lie with the 4G router itself, but with the 4G internet network provider and your VoIP provider.

@@smart4gwifi497 You could, but we use dect cordless handsets and several of these with our news crews, we love 'em - our camera transcoders are plugged in for live transmissions, terrific unit, way to cheap for what they do!

Did u get Voip working through the wan port connection instead of just the wireless 4g connection?... It would not work on mine for some reason after i installed the proper firmware to unlock the voip facility.

We use the grey POTS port and DECT handsets - the menu inside is very straightforward for VOIP and we use our own servers but one of our devices has a Sipgate UK number.

Hello! I'm trying to connect to mysql in remote way using an application but I can not do it using port 3306. I can do it in this way only if I previously disabled the router firewall. Strange how in UK they limit public ip address to 3g only... Would think it would be more useful with 4g that at least be used as an alternative to regular broadband. Edit: And about the external antenna... You really need to calibrate them and position them just in the right spot to get the best result. Even moving the router a mm can make a huge difference in speed. Before i started fine adjusting it I had about 60-70mbit downstream while now I have 140mbit.

My Samsung Galaxy s7 edge is receiving 4G+ connection from Three. How will I know I'm on a 4G signal vs a 4G+ signal on HUAWEI E5186s-22a. Note I only saw modes from 4G down to 2G signals in your video.

Il ne faut pas de notice, c'est simple a configurer. Même un peu trop simple a mon gout. Ce que je regrette, c'est sa stabilite. Il reboote tout seul une fois par jour

Il ne faut pas acheter ce genre d'appareil sans connaissances...il est très facile de le flasher et d'avoir une interface en français!
