Open and close an app on your mate 20 pro first it will black out rotate the screen blank and then start .... those fine details are a buzzkill for a phone that you will be paying so much and have you also watched the latest video review by mr.whosetheboss the mate 20 comes with a defected screen where many people have noticed yellow stains on the display in a dark room settings these are those fine details why anyday an iPhone is top ranked whether it come to cpu gpu or even ram management !

Nope, App opening does not relate to real horse power of the phone, the important stuff are the benchmarks, which btw, the Iphone XS still wins, but only the 1st run, cause' Mate 20 pro has a better and consistant clock speed. Although I've never justified the price to get an iPhone myself, I do believe for majority of users the extra price is well worth it. It falls back 1 generation on hardware, except for Chipset, Display, Microphones, Haptic feedback motor etc. But makes up for it in it's reliability, smooth performance and re-sell value as well. Every year, I keep wondering, is the Android finally going to get more consistent, or will I switch to iOS... but I keep holding back, mainly cause of the price for a newer model.

As a programmer, I can tell there's the following facts: 1.Android is a faster than the iPhone in everyday apps (this can be improved by iOS with time). 2.iOS has better RAM management because of the architecture of the system (java jvm vs swift), this is harder for android to improve so the iPhone will be better in RAM management (in most cases). 3.Image/Video processing apps are more optimized for the iPhone but also the iPhone "Hardware" is better than Android Devices for this kind of tasks. So if you don't do Image/Video processing then in this case the Huawei device is actually faster, (even in games). But As I said the iPhone is and will be (for at least 3 years more) more powerful in Image/Video processing apps.

I've been checking out many reviews of many phones on KZbin - I like technology so I like to check out reviews and also I don't skip comments part (maybe I actually should) and that's where I always see plenty of comments from typical fanboys, it doesn't matter Apple, Samsung, Huawei or any other phone maker. I made one phone purchase (Galaxy S2) based on advice from fanboys and I wasn't happy with the phone, since that purchase I never listened to fanboys of any brand also when I listen to what reviewers have to say about phones I take it with pinch of salt just because some reviews are simply biased. Some shit people come up with.... Just because I dislike something doesn't mean its not good but that's how many people think. I owned most of Samsung galaxies and now I can say honestly I personally dislike Samsung phones yet I already have recommended Note 9 to my friend and co-worker because it has their needs and expectations covered and just yesterday I have talked to another co-worker who wanted to buy iPhone but after conversion with my he quickly changed his mind! Why? Because the phone didn't have the features he wants. In simple words, there's no such thing as the best phone period.

The main reason iphone smashes through some apps and in general most productivity/gaming apps is optimization, Developers specifically design their apps for iphone hardware (cause they're all basically the same), Whereas android has all sorts of crazy configuration of hardware and oem software. Hence, why ios apps are more polished and generally better overall. No surprise iphones win every time.

Don't ever say that. A11 chips already lost the speed with Huawei and Samsung Snapdragon 845. A12 and A12X chips Android still working on Snapdragon 855 which are Galaxy S10 and Huawei Mate 30 Pro(Huawei is creating their own development?) will destroy iPhone XS Max in 2019 until iPhone 11 will destroy those two. You will see the test when Snapdragon 855 5G LTE released on February 2019 even iPhone 10S Max A12 can't have 5G LTE you must buy iPhone 11 or maybe iPhone 12 to get 5G LTE not sure but honest not important to have also Interesting to see.

There's a few flaws with this test regarding the Mate 20 Pro: 1. Performance Mode is Off. The default mode prioritizes battery instead of performance. 2. Navigation Gestures not used. The Mate 20 Pro has Navigation Gestures similar to the iPhone that are faster than using the buttons. 3. App reloads. Huawei, by default, sets it's devices to kill dome apps in the background if they're not being used to save battery, but this behavior can be easily changed in the settings. The iPhone XS would probably still be faster than the Mate 20 Pro but it would be interesting to really see the best performance a android phone can do right now.

Mate 20 pro has this battery saving strategy that shuts down large apps running in the background. That’s partially why it beats other phones, even iPhones in battery life. If 8gb can keep all apps open on a Samsung phone, it should do the same on the Mate phone unless Mate consciously decides to do otherwise. The first lap is much more interesting. Given the GPU disadvantage, it’s logical to see Mate losing on things like Snapseed, but clip saving is a surprise, and my guess is it’s more R/W heavy than GPU heavy. CPU heavy apps that don’t significantly benefit from multiple cores like Word also reflect Kirin’s inferiority in single core performance. But seeing Huawei do magic to speed up loading of day to day apps is just magnificent, and it certainly means a lot more to those people who don’t open word documents on a quarter-hourly basis. The phone that has a chance of beating XS in speed test next year is the Exynos variant of S10. Its GPU is not much better than Kirin’s but that’s alright because GPU is more for playing games than for loading games. The single core performance is what matters for a lot of apps here, and with Samsung properly optimizing their scheduler, we have a good chance of seeing what we should have seen with 9810 this year. It won’t be as powerful as A12, but So isn’t Kirin 980 and see how close it gets to XS here.

Android fans always argue that things like customization and price are what make android better. Sure Apple is more expensive but you really get what you pay for. Apple makes phones which are designed for ease of use. The XS is the fastest phone on the market, and the build quality is simply outstanding compared to cheap plastic androids. Androids always try to overload the phones with too much technology which is useless. Apple focuses on what is important, and makes sure a new technology is well tested before implementation, that is why I love Apple. A phone is something most people use literally every day, so an expensive price is justified. Apple creates the latest and greatest and if you are willing to pay you can have it.

Are you dumb? Compare the iPhone Max to the Galaxy Note 9 or Hauwei Mate 20 (Android phone in video) which is almost equal in price. The Note 9 and Mate 20 Pro have a better build and LITERALLY have curved glass edges, which is definitely more premium than the flat screen of the MAX. and Both have glass front and back. The only thing the iPhone has over Android is better optimization for its apps. Which is why its quicker at opening certain apps or exporting videos etc. The Premier app and other export apps simply are more optimized for iPhones than Android and that's a fact. Android is still the far superior operating system, the iPhone being faster by a couple seconds means literally nothing. You get so much more with Android phones.
