great video. very clear and i managed to fix my screen. only downside is you don't show how to remove the cracked screen (after you heated it) or when you stick the new screen on. im a beginner

good video, but please add that the removal of the vibrator and volume buttons is not as simple as you make it look and in the video where you have cut the video and you can see the cables magically pop up on their own. these parts before removal need heating on the screen side to help with removal. but otherwise good video.
