Mick Jagger and Keith Richards insistently asked (and obtained) to pay the costs of the musician's funeral. This is respect.

So here's something cool--he's using and Earth III musical note guitar strap just like Stevie Ray Vaughan use. Stevie Ray once gifted Hubert a Rickenbacker guitar. And I'm almost positive Kevin Bacon is innvolved

I wish it was safe places like this for black people to go to hear the blues in Chicago. Yeah I mean safe from other black folks that come to mess it up for good hard working and law biding black folks. We can't go any where safe where we live.

its cool as the blues should be but i wasnt blown away by his guitar playing, sound or style. I'm sure I'm missing something?
@Losmescalitos13 жыл бұрын
@rugbyvagrant7 What's special is that it's HIS sound. Sure, a lot of people can sound like that now. Same as there are a lot of SRV and Hendrix wannabees who can copy the original note for note, and maybe do it slightly better. So what. The art is in the creation, not the copying. Hubert laid the steps for others to follow.

yep what a fucked up mix. featuring Hubert, who you cant hear. And the bass I have seen with him forever. he is a great thumper. it's not his fault the mixer sucks. I KNOW what Hubert could do. And I have to be nice to bass players, I know what they use for birth control. their personalities.
