Completely depends on your list, I love the idea of a shooty list comprised of oblitorators, plague marines, havocs, terminators, chosen, and sorcerers, and choosing +1 bs, however theres enough combat in there as well that any 2 would probably be good

Deleyed Mutations being potentially the best strat at 2 CP is a bit of an overstatement, but the detachment overall is pretty powerful despite being somewhat layout/terrain dependent of course. :-)
