He celebrated by ibada, why we cant celebrte atlst once in a year not evry week ? We can have good food we can donate somone somthing .. on that day. .. Indeed Allah always makes it easy for all of us, imagine being a non muslim, children becomes sad when they don't celebrate birthdays, if from the start, they know that there is no such thing as birthdays in Islam, they would be happy even without a celebration. Most people in a non muslim family often gets debt because they need to celebrate their child's bday. Because if they don't, they'd be sad forgetting the blessing of being alive

It was narrated from Abu Qataadah al-Ansaari that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about fasting on Mondays. He said: “On that day I was born, and on it the Revelation came to me.” Narrated by Muslim, 1162.
