Hudson County Executive Craig Guy cut the ribbon on the County’s latest public mural located at Ocean and Bidwell Avenues in Jersey City that will delight and inspire visitors to the new community garden created there thanks to the work of the JCPD POBA, the JDCPD South District, Jersey City, and Hudson County's Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs/Tourism Development.
