This is awesome. As a new digital artist myself, mostly just doing it as a hobby as of right now. I don't think I would want to do a mural as of right now but if I ever was offered the opportunity to do one in the future, I think I would for sure take it because of the learning experience. Do you know how long will an outdoor mural last and what you can do to preserve it? I don't know anything about murals but it looks to me like they can be sensitive to rain/sun and generally weather conditions when they are outdoor.

Did the organization get permission from the previous artist whose work was painted over to paint over his art??? Or is it a part of your contract with the organization? I ask because in the US thats not allowed. It's a violation of US Copyright, Intellectual Property, and the Artists' Rights Acts. I'm just curious how that's handled in Canada...
