I think Hugh should have won an Emmy for this episode. They don't show it here but in this scene right before the amputation she asks him if it's going to hurt and he responds "like nothing you've ever felt before" and the way he delivers it gives me chills. Cold yet somehow sympathetic at the same time. Very underrated actor

8:13 "I'm the most screwed up person in the world." Every time I watch this scene, that line makes me leak like a faucet. What a brilliant goddamn episode and show this was. The series should've ended here, it was so beautiful.

An amazing woman decided to be with me even when I was at my darkest, but I pushed her away.
