Not really. He hasn't been courageous as a President. And he is a terrible speaker, he even used a teleprompter to speak in an elementary school class. Google it, if you don't believe. After office he signed a huge deal with Netflix in order to shape the way how he will be regarded in history. He was all in all a very unlucky, uncourageous and mostly weak president.

Love this. Stress is about our perception of things as well. Ask: Is it a crisis or an opportunity? One thing I've learned in coaching a lot of different folks is that food, our quality of food, and our thinking about life affects how we "deal" with our day. Our food and the choices we make create our milieu....our neurotransmitters, hormones, and chemistry. Everyone has a different journey, and we have to experiment with what works for our body, soul, and mind. Take the time to do this. Reclaim your time. Stay safe. Much love and life. 💗💯💥

I think exercise in the morning is so key. It really allows you to reset from your sleep rather than slumbering into your day. It also allows you to 'get it out of the way' which stops you from proastinating the exercise during the day. Appreicate the advice Obama

Ever heard of aging? Anyway, if you want to keep your hair as black as possible then eat healthy making sure you get enough nutrients, avoid chemical exposure(maybe this is too vague for you, chemicals are found in drinking water, everyday products, air pollution, pesticides, processed foods etc.), get enough sleep and exercise.

@@dj67084 Fair, though I include the ACA as one of Obama's big achievements. That's why I said "shallow" and not "no record" or "shit record". Compared to what Democrats are achieving now with razor thin majorities the Obama era just seems shallow. Though I will admit that perhaps that isn't a fair comparison.

I agree with President Obama in this interview, but unfortunately this doesn't reconcile with him choosing associates like Rahm Emanuel who "never let a crisis go to waste". I think that President Obama often didn't take the long view in order to score political points, as he did with the Trayvon Martin shooting.
